You may return your un-worn order for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag or hygiene sticker has been taken or cut off.
You must request a return from your online accounts portal and wait for it to be approved before you send your goods back to us - if you don't we can't guarantee we will be able to refund you.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size. If you wish to receive a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
