At South Beach, we know how important it is for you to get your order quickly! To help ensure that you receive your goods when you expect to, we offer the following services to suit your needs and you should get notifications at every step of your parcels journey!

  • UK STANDARD - Standard YODEL 3 - 5 working days : £3.99
  • UK NEXT WORKING DAY YODEL 1 - 3 working days (NEXT DAY If ordered by 2pm) If ordered after 2pm on a Friday, it will be sent out on Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays): £5.99

Unfortunately we currently can not post out to BFPO (Army Bases).

RETURNS

You may return your un-worn order for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.
You MUST request a return online from your account BEFORE you send any goods back, this must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you didn't create an account when you checked out, you will have to create an account using the same email address, then your order will show and you will be able to request a return from your account (last option on the left).
We will then approve or disapprove your request. You then have 7 days to send the goods back to us. Any goods sent back without being logged online and approved may not be accepted. If we receive goods without requesting a return or if the goods are after the 14 days you will not be eligible for a refund and you will have to cover the cost for us to repost your item back to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag or hygiene sticker has been taken or cut off.
 
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size. If you wish to receive a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.

Once your return has been approved you will be emailed a link to get your digital barcode which you can then use to return the parcel to us.  Please allow some time for us to check and process your refund.
