At South Beach, we know how important it is for you to get your order quickly! To help ensure that you receive your goods when you expect to, we offer the following services to suit your needs and you should get notifications at every step of your parcels journey! We are really sorry we currently are unable to offer European or International shipping - we are working on this so please keep checking back:
DELIVERY CHARGES
FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £75
- UK STANDARD - Standard EVRI 3 - 5 working days (week day delivery only): £4.99
- UK NEXT DAY - 1 - 3 working days (NEXT DAY If ordered by 2pm) If ordered after 2pm on a Friday, it will be sent out on Monday: £5.99
- Scotland / Highlands / Northern Ireland / Isle Of Wight / Isle Of Man: £7.99
- Channel Islands: £10.99
- EUROPE - We currently don't offer shipping to Europe
- International - We currently don't offer International shipping.
NB: Some postcode exclusions apply.
Unfortunately we currently can not post out to BFPO (Army Bases).
RETURNS
You may return your un-worn order for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original
swing tag or hygiene sticker has been taken or cut off.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size. If you wish to receive a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
For UK returns you can return using the prepaid label and drop off at any Collect+ drop off point. Search here for your closest one. You will be provided with a tracking number so you can track when our warehouse receive it - please allow some time for us to check and process your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and a deduction of £2.99 will then be taken from your refund to cover the cost.
Please allow up to 7-10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. If for any reason we cannot issue a refund we will contact you.
