RETURNS INFORMATION
We want you to love your order - but if something isn’t right, you can return it.
Key Information
- Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- You must request a return through your account before sending items back.
- Checked out as a guest? Create an account using the same email address to access your order.
- Returns must be approved before sending items back - once approved, you have 7 days to return the goods.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
- We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you need a different size.
UK Returns
- Once approved, you will receive a link to our returns portal to download a digital barcode for your return.
- Please keep your tracking number until your refund has been received.
- A £2.99 return fee applies to cover postage & processing.
- Please allow up to 14 working days for processing once your return reaches us.
- Refunds may take 5–7 working days to appear in your account after processing.
International Returns
- Returns must be sent at your own cost.
- We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service to ensure safe delivery - South Beach cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
