Once approved, you have 7 days to post the item(s) back
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags attached — we don't offer exchanges, so please place a new order for a different size
UK returns - £2.99 fee applies to covers postage & processing. You'll get a digital barcode via our returns portal once approved. Please keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed. Processing takes up to 14 working days once we receive your return, with refunds appearing 5–7 working days after that.
International returns - sent at your own cost — we recommend tracked/signed-for delivery, as we can't take responsibility for lost parcels.
