You may return your un-worn order for a refund within 14 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original
swing tag or hygiene sticker has been taken or cut off.
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size. If you wish to receive a different size, we kindly ask you to place a new order.
For UK returns you can use the prepaid label and drop off at any collect+ drop off. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund and a deduction of £2.99 will then be taken from your refund to cover the cost.
If for any reason you have misplaced or do not have a returns label please email us and we will send you a replacement to print out - enquiries@southbeachswim.co.uk
Please allow up to 7 - 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them. If for any reason we cannot issue a refund we will contact you.
